NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Arkansas basketball is one win away from ending a 26-year drought without winning some sort of conference championship.
The No. 3 Razorbacks (25-8) will face No. 4 Vanderbilt in the SEC Tournament final on Sunday, March 15. The Hogs’ last trophy came in the 2000 SEC Tournament when they beat Auburn for the championship.
The Razorbacks have squeaked out victories over double-digit seeds through their first two games in Bridgestone Arena. Arkansas topped Oklahoma 82-79 in the quarterfinals and then eliminated Ole Miss in the semifinals with a 93-90 win in overtime.
The Commodores had a more difficult route. They beat in-state rival Tennessee in their first game of the weekend and then toppled No. 1 Florida with a 91-74 blowout on Saturday.
This will be the second meeting between the teams this season. Arkansas protected home court with a 93-68 win in mid-January.
Here’s a look at how to watch today’s SEC Tournament championship between Arkansas and Vanderbilt.
Arkansas vs. Vanderbilt will broadcast nationally on ESPN. Dan Shulman and Jay Bilas will call the game from Bridgestone Arena, with Alyssa Lang reporting from the sidelines. The game is available to stream on Fubo, which offers a free trial to new subscribers, and ESPN+.
The Arkansas vs. Vanderbilt game is scheduled to start at noon on Sunday.
It’s going to be another tight one, but the Razorbacks have the best player on the floor, and that will push them across the finish line. Darius Acuff Jr. and John Calipari will deliver a trophy to Fayetteville in the Hall of Fame coach’s second season with the program. Arkansas 85, Vanderbilt 83.
