NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt Health today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement to become the Official Healthcare Provider of the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium. In addition to sports and event medicine services, the partnership brings two community leaders together for exciting new initiatives centered around the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and community youth sports.
“Everyone knows that nothing brings a community together like football,” said Jeff Balser, MD, PhD, President and CEO for Vanderbilt Health and Dean of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. “This long-term partnership with the Titans signals further expansion of Vanderbilt Sports Medicine into the Mid-South and comes at an exciting time with the new Nissan Stadium marking another major step in solidifying Nashville as one of the biggest sports and entertainment markets in the U.S.”
As a founding “Cornerstone Sponsor” in the new Nissan Stadium, Vanderbilt Health will partner with Nissan Stadium on a family zone designated as the “Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt Terrace.” Fans will also see a “Vanderbilt Health” entry and permanent signage inside the stadium bowl as they attend events in the 60,000-capacity stadium, set to open in 2027.
Vanderbilt LifeFlight Event Medicine will provide first aid and emergency medical services for Titans games and all other events held at the current Nissan Stadium and the new Nissan Stadium upon its completion.
In addition, the existing team headquarters and practice facility on Great Circle Rd. in MetroCenter will be renamed as the Vanderbilt Health Football Center.

This program will provide critical support to residents unable to cover their housing payments due to hardships caused by Winter Storm Fern.
The Tennessee Titans hosted their ONE Community grant reception at Nissan Stadium, honoring 33 nonprofits focused on creating generational change across Tennessee.
