Another piece of the 2026-27 Iowa women’s basketball schedule was revealed on Tuesday morning.
Iowa announced that it will meet Vanderbilt on Sunday, Nov. 15 in Sioux City, Iowa, inside the Tyson Events Center and Fleet Farm Arena.
The Hawkeyes finished last season 27-7 (15-3 Big Ten) and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Iowa also hosted for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
Vanderbilt advanced to the Sweet 16 last year, finishing with a 29-5 (13-3 SEC) record.
In addition to its date against Vanderbilt, Iowa also recently announced a home-and-home series against national power UConn over the next two seasons.
UConn will host Iowa in a nonconference game in Connecticut during the upcoming 2026-27 season, while the Hawkeyes will host UConn at Carver-Hawkeye Arena during the 2027-28 season.
