IOWA CITY — The Iowa women’s basketball team will tangle with the SEC in the Siouxland.
The Hawkeyes will face Vanderbilt in a neutral-site contest at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City on Sunday, Nov. 15.
Tipoff is set for 3 p.m.
Iowa (27-7) last season, is ranked No. 6 in ESPN’s preliminary 2026-27 rankings. Vanderbilt (29-5) is No. 11 after reaching the Sweet 16 last season.
The Commodores have a star in junior-to-be and reigning SEC player of the year Mikayla Blakes, who averaged 27.0 points per game in 2025-26. Vanderbilt is 4-0 all-time against the Hawkeyes — this will be the teams’ first meeting since 1997.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at Ticketmaster, TysonCenter.com or by visiting the Primebank Box Office at the Tyson Events Center.
Television designation will be announced at a later date.
