Vanderbilt basketball has dropped from a projected 4-seed to a projected 5-seed in March Madness after losing three of its last four games.
The Commodores (22-7, 9-7 SEC) dropped road games to Missouri and Kentucky and a home game to Tennessee. Vanderbilt finishes its season by taking on Ole Miss on March 3 (8 p.m. CT, SEC Network+) and Tennessee on March 8 (1 p.m. CT).
Before the first Tennessee game, Vanderbilt was named as a No. 4 seed by the NCAA tournament selection committee in their reveal of the top 16 seeds.

ESPN: No. 5 seed, facing No. 12 seed Liberty in Portland
USA TODAY: No. 5 seed, facing No. 12 seed Yale in Philadelphia
CBS Sports: No. 5 seed, facing No. 12 seed Belmont
On3: No. 5 seed, facing No. 12 seed Stephen F. Austin in Portland
NET: 18
