Vanderbilt basketball is gunning for its first SEC tournament title since 2012 as it takes on Arkansas in the final.
The No. 4 seed Commodores (26-7) defeated 5-seed Tennessee and 1-seed Florida to advance to the final March 15 (noon CT, ESPN) at Bridgestone Arena.
No. 3 seed Arkansas (25-8) defeated No. 11 Oklahoma and No. 15 Ole Miss to advance to the final, the latter in overtime. The Razorbacks are led by John Calipari, who was the coach of the Kentucky team Vanderbilt beat the last time it won the SEC tournament.
