    Welcome to Memorial Gymnasium
    Home of Vanderbilt Men’s and Women’s Basketball
    Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. The ticket office at Memorial Gymnasium will also open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Access to parking garages will be permitted beginning two hours prior to tip.
    Clear Bag Policy: Similar to other venues on Vanderbilt’s campus, and in compliance with the Southeastern Conference, Memorial Gymnasium institutes a clear bag policy. Fans will not be permitted into the venue with bags that are prohibited. Non-compliant bags must be returned to your vehicle or checked at the bag storage trailer outside of Memorial Gym. Per Vanderbilt University policy, items abandoned outside of the gymnasium will be discarded. To read more, click here.
    Construction Updates (as of 2/10/25): Progress on Vandy United facility projects and campus utility projects continue. There are temporary road closures and adjustments to entrances of Memorial Gymnasium. Please abide by signage and avoid construction areas on game days. In addition, fans are encouraged to check their “Know Before You Go” emails as well as social media channels as progress continues on the facility projects.
    It is our goal to make your visit to the Vanderbilt University campus as pleasant and as safe as possible.

    General Parking – Single-game parking is available in the 25th Avenue Garage and is free for women’s basketball games. Fans parking in 25th Ave Garage should enter campus from 31st Ave/Blakemore Ave and turn into the garage from either 24th Ave S or Highland Ave.
    Season-Long Parking – Women’s basketball season ticket holders are eligible to purchase a season-long parking pass for Kensington Garage for $50. Reserved parking is available in Kensington Garage for McGugin Society Members (complimentary) on a season basis.
    Accessible Parking – Single-game handicap parking is available in the 25th Avenue Garage and is free for women’s basketball games. Season ticket holders interested in reserved ADA parking should contact the Vanderbilt Ticket Office.
    Towing – Vehicles without proper game day permits are subject to ticketing and towing. Please call Vanderbilt University Police at (615) 322-2745 to claim your vehicle.
    Buy Tickets
    All spectators over the age of two must have a ticket for entry. Children two and under are expected to sit in the lap of a parent.
    Accessible seating is available, but limited. Please contact the ticket office at (615) 322-4653 in advance to make arrangements.
    Digital/Mobile Ticketing – Tickets to Vanderbilt home games are distributed digitally and should be scanned via mobile phone for entry. Fans should download their ticket(s) to their mobile wallet (Apple iPhones) or Google Play (Android phones) application on their phone.If you need assistance accessing your digital tickets you can stop by the ticket office and they will be able to help you access your tickets.     Ticket Office Hours – During the week, the ticket office is open during business hours inside the McGugin Center. On game days, the ticket office opens 1 hour prior to tip and is located in the ticket booth by Gate 1 of Memorial Gymnasium. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given after tickets are purchased.
    Will Call – Player family members and guests will enter the facility using the Gate 1 Entrance facing Hawkins Field and accessed from 25th Avenue South.
    Per Southeastern Conference policy, re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the facility for any reason you must have a new ticket to be admitted.

    Doors open 1 hour before tip of each home game.
    Gates for WBB games include Gates 1, 3, 6, 7 and 11. Media entrance is Gate 5. Students enter through Gate 4.
    ADA access is through Gate 11. Accessible seating is available, but limited. Please contact the ticket office at (615) 322-4653 in advance to make arrangements.
    Fans who need to bring in a medical bag will need to have their bag checked. Medical bag check will be located at each entry point.

    Closed Captioning – Closed captioning has been added to some of the video boards in Memorial Gymnasium. Fans may also view the captions online and on their mobile device, by clicking here during the event in progress.
    Concessions – A variety of concessions are offered at each home game. Concessions stands are cashless and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Click here to learn more about concessions. Concessions stands are open in the North lobby (near Sections A-E), South lobby (near Sections G-K) and East lobby (near Section F) for women’s basketball games.
    Merchandise/Apparel -The Vanderbilt Bookstore is available in the east lobby near Gate 4.
    Fan Information – For assistance during any game, please contact the nearest guest services staff member or text DORES to 55744. If texting, please include your seat location and description of the issue.
    Fan Assistance – Dedicated fan assistance locations are near gate 6. Fans needing assistance may also seek out any guest services staff member.
    First Aid – Emergency Medical personnel are located at the First Aid station on the concourse behind section G adjacent to the practice gym. For assistance in an emergency situation, please contact a security officer or a guest services staff member.
    Lost & Found – Lost and Found items can be dropped off with any Guest Services staff member. Valuable items will be turned over to Vanderbilt’s Police Department following the game. To claim an item, contact VUPD at (615) 322-2745 or Vanderbilt Athletics at (615) 322-1793.
    Lost Persons – If you are separated from your family or child, please alert the nearest guest services staff, security, or Vanderbilt Athletics staff immediately.
    Security – Any uniformed police officer, security officer, guest services member, or Vanderbilt Athletics staff member are available throughout the venue to provide assistance during the game.
    Sensory Room – Furthering Vanderbilt’s commitment to creating an inclusive game day experience for everyone, the Foster and Brown Sensory Room is located next to the Vanderbilt Bookstore location by Gate 4. The room can accommodate 2-3 guests at a time, the room has interactive boards, as well as sensory bags and noise canceling headphones available on request. A sensory trained guest services team member staffs the room (outside the door) and uses their best judgement on the time allotted for guests to use the room. | Map
    Text Alerts – Sign up for WBB text alerts to receive real time updates on game information, special offers, and more. To register, text VandyWBB to 833-634-2093.
    Wheelchair Seating – Wheelchair seating is limited. Patrons should contact the Vanderbilt Ticket Office at (615) 322-4653 to make arrangements in advance.
    Alcohol – Fans may not bring outside alcohol into any athletic facility.
    Animals – No animals of any kind are permitted inside Memorial Gymnasium with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
    Backpacks – No backpacks are allowed inside Memorial Gymnasium.
    Bags/Purses – All bags must abide by the Clear Bag Policy.
    Banners/Flags/Signage – No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Memorial Gymnasium. All items are subject to approval by Vanderbilt staff and must follow the guidelines in the Vanderbilt and SEC Code of Conduct.
    Cameras – No spectator cameras with lenses over six inches (6”) long will be permitted. The use of flash is prohibited.
    Carry-In Items – Spectators are not permitted to bring any food or beverage containers into the facility. Bottles, coolers, and containers of any kind are prohibited.
    Medical Bag Checks – Fans who need to bring in a medical bag will need to have their bag checked. Medical bag check will be located at gates 1, 6, and 11. It is recommended patrons with a medical bag enter Memorial gymnasium at one of those three available gates.
    Noisemakers – No items that produce loud noises (air horns, whistles, etc.) are allowed in accordance with SEC regulations.
    Radios – Radios are allowed only if they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game.
    Seatbacks/Seat Cushions – Seatbacks or seat cushions larger than a single seat are not allowed inside Memorial Gymnasium.
    Selfie Sticks – All selfie sticks are prohibited inside Memorial Gymnasium.
    Strollers – Strollers are not permitted inside Memorial Gymnasium.
    Tobacco – No smoking is permitted inside Memorial Gymnasium. Electronic and smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.
    Umbrellas – No open umbrellas are allowed in Memorial Gymnasium.
    Video Recorders – All video recorders are prohibited.
    Weapons – Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pocket knives, explosive devices, etc. are not permitted in Vanderbilt Stadium. Attempting to bring weapons of any kind into the stadium will result in immediate arrest.
    For current information on television, radio, and streaming for Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball games, please view the women’s basketball schedule.
    Following the conclusion of the competition and once the visiting team personnel and game officials have exited the competition area, Vanderbilt permits spectators to access the competition area within Memorial Gymnasium for a 30-minute period. A one-minute countdown clock will be displayed on videoboards in venue upon conclusion of the competition; once the one-minute clock expires, spectators may access the court. Security and guest services employees will continue to prevent spectators from accessing back-of-house areas.
    Dates and times on game tickets are subject to change.
    Vanderbilt University policies, and state and federal laws will be in effect.
    Profanity and abusive language are highly discouraged during athletic contests. Guests using profanity or abusive language towards student-athletes, coaches, officials, staff or fellow spectators may have their ticket revoked and be removed from the venue. Throwing items onto the playing surface or directly at fellow spectators will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the venue.
    Unauthorized persons entering the playing surface will be removed from the venue and arrested.
    Failure to adhere to rules may prevent admission, cause removal from an event, and jeopardize the violator’s attendance at future Vanderbilt Athletics events, including forfeiture of season tickets and the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets.
    Vanderbilt is committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our teams and fans to enjoy. Vanderbilt Athletics reserves the right to institute measures for any language, actions or demonstrations in violation of the Vanderbilt Athletics Fan Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, ejection from the facility and revocation of future ticket privileges. Violation of laws or city ordinances may result in arrest or prosecution.
    Fans, coaches, administrators and student-athletes all share a mutual commitment and responsibility to provide a safe and respectful competitive environment. Please adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct, and abide by the SEC Zero Tolerance Policy.
    Fans are expected to…
    • Show respect to all student-athletes, coaches, officials and surrounding fans at all times.
    • Assume responsibility for their conduct.
    • Comply with zero-tolerance policies related to any form of harassment, discrimination or abusive language.
    • Adhere to requests and directives from game day event staff and law enforcement personnel regarding venue operation and emergency response procedures.
    • Refrain from entering the playing surface without proper authorization or credentials.
