Vanderbilt men’s basketball will look to bounce back from its 92-91 loss to Oklahoma on Feb. 7 by taking on Auburn on Feb. 10.
The No. 20 Commodores (19-4, 6-4 SEC) nearly pulled off a dramatic come-from-behind win over the Sooners, led by Tyler Tanner’s 37 points. But the Sooners held on for just their second SEC win of the season.
Tanner leads Vanderbilt with 18.6 points and 5.3 assists per game. Devin McGlockton leads in rebounds with 6.8 per game.
Coach Mark Byington’s team is also dealing with injuries to two key players: Duke Miles and Frankie Collins. Both have missed the past two games with knee injuries.
Auburn (14-9, 5-5 SEC) has lost two straight, most recently 96-92 to rival Alabama. The Tigers are led by senior forward Keyshawn Hall with 21 points and seven rebounds per game.
